📦 STEP 1 – COMPLETE YOUR PAPERWORK
Please fill out and sign the enclosed Consignment Agreement before mailing your items.
This agreement explains:
Our consignment process
Payment details
Consignment terms
Unsold item policy
Be sure to include the completed agreement inside your mailer.
👚 STEP 2 – PREPARE YOUR ITEMS
Please send only items that are:
✔ Freshly washed or cleaned
✔ Free of stains, holes, odors, excessive wear, or pet hair
✔ In excellent, ready-to-sell condition
✔ Current, stylish, and ready for a new home
📦 STEP 3 – PACK YOUR MAILER
Carefully fold your items and place them inside the enclosed 20" × 24" poly mailer.
Please don't overfill the bag. If you need additional mailers, just let us know!
📬 STEP 4 – SHIP IT
Attach the enclosed prepaid shipping label to your mailer and drop it off at any USPS location.
We'll notify you once your shipment has been received and processed.
💰 GET PAID
Once your items sell and the buyer's payment has fully processed:
Checks are mailed at the beginning of each month for available consignor balances.
You can also track your inventory, sales, and earnings anytime through your Consignor Portal.
